Trip Tunes is designed to help create personalized road-trip playlists while collecting as little personal information as possible.

2.Information Collection and Use
Trip Tunes does not require user accounts and does not collect personal information in order to use the app.
The only personal information Trip Tunes may collect is an email address if you voluntarily choose to subscribe to the Trip Tunes mailing list.
Providing an email address is entirely optional and is not required to use any feature of the app.
Email addresses may be used to send occasional Trip Tunes updates, special playlists, product announcements, and information about other apps or products created by the developer.
3.Playlist Generation
When generating playlists, Trip Tunes processes information such as destinations, trip details, and music preferences in order to create personalized playlist recommendations.
This information is transmitted only as necessary to provide playlist-generation features and is not stored by Trip Tunes after processing is complete.
Trip Tunes does not maintain a database of user trips or listening preferences.
4.Shared Tapes
Trip Tunes allows users to create shareable tapes.
When a user chooses to share a tape, information necessary to recreate that shared experience may be stored so that the tape can be accessed by others using the share link.
Shared tapes are not associated with a user account, name, email address, or other identifying information.
5.Mailing List
Trip Tunes optionally allows users to subscribe to a mailing list by providing an email address.
Email addresses are used solely for mailing-list communications and are not linked to trips, playlists, shared tapes, or app activity.
Trip Tunes does not sell, rent, or share mailing-list information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions included in mailing-list communications or by contacting the developer.
6.Data Storage
Trip Tunes generally operates without user accounts or persistent storage of personal information.
The app may store information locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account to support app functionality and synchronization across your devices.
Limited backend services are used only for features such as shared tapes and optional mailing-list subscriptions.
7.Third-Party Services
Trip Tunes relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including playlist generation, cloud synchronization, and app operation.
These services receive only the information necessary to perform their function on behalf of Trip Tunes.
8.Privacy by Design
Trip Tunes is intentionally designed to minimize data collection.
The app does not create user profiles, track users across services, or associate app activity with a personal identity.
Trip Tunes does not maintain accounts, and shared tapes are not connected to email addresses or other identifying information.
If a user subscribes to the mailing list, their email address is stored separately and is not connected to trips, playlists, shared tapes, or app activity.

Trip Tunes does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Trip Tunes, please contact the developer so that the information can be removed.
